Reports have also suggested that the upcoming Xiaomi phone may drop the “Mi” brand from its name to become only Xiaomi 12, unlike its predecessor which was called Xiaomi Mi 11. It is also possible that the Xiaomi 12 will be the first series to get the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 processor which It will officially launch at the 2021 Snapdragon Technology Summit from November 30 to December 2, 2021.
According to the new leak, the Xiaomi 12 Pro phone will have a triple-lens rear camera, where the main camera will come in a large circle, and the two cameras in two small circles.
The leaks also indicate that the phone will have a 50-megapixel main camera, along with the S5KJN1 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 115-degree ultra-wide camera.
With regard to the processor, the phone will be powered by Qualcomm’s new processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, and in terms of storage, the phone will have 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
It will include a powerful 4600mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging, however, the phone is also likely to support 10W reverse charging and 50W wireless charging.
The regular version will have a 6.28-inch 1080p display and will be the company’s first small flagship phone. It is also said that both models will be launched alongside the Xiaomi 12X.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro will be available in four color options including green, pink, blue and black. Also, it looks like it will come with a very similar design to the regular model
