The long-awaited OnePlus Nord N20 5G phone has finally made its debut as the successor to its brother OnePlus Nord N10 N10 5G. And there seems to be a small minor issue with the phone, as this device is available exclusively in the US only until Now via T-Mobile.
This device appears to be an excellent positive step by OnePlus to strengthen its presence in the United States, and in fact it is the only brand from the BBK Group of electronics that has an official presence there.
OnePlus Nord N20 5G launched with 6.43” Full HD+ AMOLED display with only 60Hz standard refresh rate, unfortunately we will find a device with AMOLED technology but no high refresh rate in 2022. A refresh rate of 90 can make Hertz will improve things without affecting the price.
The phone contains an optical fingerprint sensor under the screen, which is one of the characteristics of premium smartphones and a few devices of the mid-range category.
In terms of performance: The OnePlus Nord N20 5G is powered by a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor, and this is actually an upgrade over the Snapdragon 690 found in the OnePlus Nord N10. It is also present in a handful of other mid-range smartphones such as the highly anticipated OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite.
The device has a capacity of 6 GB of random access memory (RAM) and 128 GB of internal storage, with the ability to expand the storage space thanks to the micro SD card slot.
In terms of software: OnePlus Nord N20 5G runs Android 11 with the OxygenOS 11 user interface on top, which is another downside to this device, especially since Android 12 is about to finish its first anniversary after hitting many devices. And Android 13 has already become a reality for Pixel testers, so OnePlus can be blamed for this new Android 11 phone.
As for the cameras: The device offers a triple-lens setup on the back, equipped with a 64-megapixel main camera in addition to an 8-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The phone also comes with a punch-hole hole in the top left for the front camera for selfies, which is 16-megapixel.
The OnePlus Nord N20 draws its power from a large, non-removable 4,500mAh Li-Polymer battery with 33W fast charging support. It also has a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
