Apple releases the iOS 14.5 update with higher standards of protection and privacy

Apple today released the iOS 14.5 update, through which it introduces more efficient standards in protecting user privacy from tracking applications, and also supports phone registration with the use of masks via the Apple Watch.

Apple provided one of the most important updates today for iPhone and iPad users in iOS 14.5 and iPad OS 14.5, as the updates launch with a set of important features in support of users.

The iPad OS 14.5 and iOS 14.5 update supports protecting user privacy more efficiently by limiting application tracking of user information, but Facebook indicated that these new features will harm ad revenue.

This update also allows users to register on the iPhone with the use of masks through the Apple smart watch, provided that the smart watch works with watchOS 7.4, as the user will not need to enter the passcode to unlock the phone.

The iOS 14.5 update also comes with a new version of the “Podcasts” application that features a new design, with a new paid service in the application, and this update also supports players by supporting PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X game consoles.

In this update, you can also enjoy support for Siri’s digital assistant to play music from various streaming music services, but the music service is not set by default.
