The Asus ZenFone 8 and Asus ZenFone 8 Flip were unveiled on Wednesday as the latest flagship smartphones of the company. Both new ZenFone models are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. However, apart from the same chipset, ZenFone 8 and ZenFone 8 Flip have a list of differences on the board. ZenFone 8 is designed to be Asus’ smallest flagship phone since ZenFone 4 Pro launched in August 2017. In contrast, ZenFone 8 Flip retains the rotating camera design of ZenFone 7.
Asus Zenfone 8 Flip Specs
The smartphone consists of a triple camera: 64 MP (wide) + 8 MP (telephoto) + 12 MP (ultrafast) while on the front there is a motorized main camera unit. However, both sides of the cameras have dual-LED flash, HDR, and automatic panorama (auto rotation).
The Asus Zenfone 8 Flip has a huge 6.67-inch screen that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The device is strong enough that it is built with a Gorilla Glass 6, a Gorilla Glass 3 back, and an aluminum frame.
In addition, the screen is integrated with HDR10 +, a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a refresh rate of 700 nits. Brightness (advertised). The smartphone runs on Android 10, ZenUI 7 operating system while it is powered by the Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 5G processor.
