Today, at a special event, Xiaomi officially announced its new foldable phone, Xiaomi MIX Fold 2, along with a new range of other devices.
This time it is not expectations or leaked information, the company has officially revealed the specifications of the new foldable phone with details of availability and price.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 Specs
According to the company, the Xiaomi MixFold 2 comes with an 8.02-inch OLED screen with Eco2 technology that will save 25% more energy, allowing you to do more with this phone for longer, and it is 8.02 inches with a resolution of 2K + and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It also has a 6.56-inch (E5 AMOLED) external cover screen, which provides FHD + resolution with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
It contains a hinge in the form of a micro waterdrop developed by Xiaomi with various advanced technologies to provide a powerful and enjoyable experience.
Just like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor capable of running all your demanding tasks smoothly with up to 12GB LPPDR5 RAM and up to 1TB of storage. The device also has dual SIM card slots with support for 5G on both slots.
The device has a triple rear camera module with Leica professional lenses consisting of a main camera (Sony IMX766) with a resolution of 50 megapixels, a wide-angle camera of 13 megapixels, and a telephoto camera that supports zoom up to 2 times. Also, the phone has two selfie cameras. The device will support video recording up to resolution 8K on the main camera and Dolby Vision HDR video recording.
Xiaomi Mix fold 2 has a 4,500 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support, and the battery can be fully charged in just 40 minutes, and it also supports wireless and reverse wireless charging.
The phone runs on the Android 12 operating system and the MIUI 13 interface, and the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 features a thickness of 5.4 mm when fully opened, and a thickness of 11.2 mm when folded, also comes with a weight of 262 grams.
